Any orders containing any cheese, butter or other products that require to be chilled will be shipped via Aus Post express delivered straight to your door in an insulated pouch with ice bricks.

Handling Time:

Our chilled bundles/products are only dispatched Mon-Wed every week. Place your order by 10am Wednesday’s to ensure fast dispatch, all orders placed after this time will be shipped the following Mon-Wed.


Ashgrove Cheese hand packs all items that are to be dispatched and takes every measure to ensure that the customer receives the delivery in good condition. If an item has been damaged during transit, we will replace the item at no cost to the customer, providing we receive notice of damaged goods within 24 hours of receiving delivery.
