Our Story

Ashgrove is one of Australia's finest family-owned and operated paddock to plate dairy processors. Our home is a small fertile pocket of Northern Tasmania specific to 41 degrees latitude™. It's here our dairy herds have grazed since 1908, between towering Tasmanian bluffs and cold clear rivers on natural ryegrasses, unique to this latitude. Producing fresh premium, velvety, vitamin-rich milk collected daily from the family farms. It's here where we process our milk and make cheese.

Our Cheese

Our award-winning cheese is never far from paddock to production. Cheesemaking at the source keeps our milk miles low. The result is cheese with provenance, where we trace every flavour note and nuance back to our place, or people and our process. 

We think that's how cheese should be.
